Attributes are customizable fields used for capturing additional information about a piece. Attributes can be many things, but some examples include:

Define An Attribute
Begin by navigating to the customer, and select the ‘Details’ tab. Add your attributes to the empty fields in the box on the right side.

Remember to hit the ‘Save’ button at the top of the screen to commit the changes to the article. |
Re-Label An Attribute
Start in the ‘Details’ tab for the customer. Then click into the field you wish to re-label. Type in your new label. As soon as the field’s data changes, the field will turn yellow, letting you know that it needs to be saved.

Attributes are shared by all articles within a customer. So when re-labeling attributes, the change will apply to all articles for that specific customer. |
Save Changes
Once you are finished re-labeling the attributes, click the ‘Save’ button at the top of the screen to commit the changes.
To see the new attributes navigate to the ‘Articles’ tab, and either view an existing article or click the ‘New’ button.
