Submitting & Managing Support Requests

This guide provides instructions on how to submit support requests to MoveHQ and how to managing your active and historical support requests.

 

  1. Access the MoveHQ Support Portal.

  2. You have two options utilizing the support portal:

    1. Login using your credentials for the Support Portal

      1. This will allow you to view all of your requests and submit new ones

    2. Submit a request without logging in

      1. You will not be able to view active or historical requests
