Section 1: Getting Started

Covers downloading and installing the HQ Driver app, logging in for the first time, as well as configuring the setting with your specific driver information and preferences.

Section 2: New Jobs

New jobs can be added by downloading them from MoveHQ Dispatch or by creating them directly on the device. This section will cover both methods.

The Icons Page is the main hub for each order. From here a user will be able to access all the various information regarding the shipment and customer. This section covers each of the icons found on this page.

Starting Job: Shipment Menu/Details & Select Location

This section will go through the first steps for beginning the inventory process. You will learn how to define your stickers and lot information and select your origin location to begin inventorying.

Inventory Process

Now that the location is selected and the setup is complete, users will begin the inventory process whereby each piece loaded onto the truck is recorded in HQ Driver.
