Windfall: Add Images and Attachments to Articles
Articles can hold more information than the required fields and attributes. You can also store an image and documents pertaining to the article.
Adding Images
To add images, the article MUST be created and saved before attaching an image. Select the article from the customer’s article list, then click on the ‘Images’ tab within the article.
Next, click the 'Browse' button, and select the image you wish to add to the article.
Once the image has been added, you can hit the ‘Save’ button at the top of the box.
Add Attachments
Just like with images, before you can add an attachment the article must first be created and saved. Select the article from the customer’s article list, then click on the ‘Attachments’ tab within the article.
Next, click the 'Browse' button, and select the document you wish to add as an attachment to the article.
Once the attachment has been added, you can hit the ‘Save’ button at the top of the box.
