Windfall: Configure Warehouse Translations
If you have more than one warehouse, the translations page can be used to give the warehouses names the portal user would understand.
Warehouse Translations
The ‘Warehouse Translations’ tab can be found by navigating to the customer, then clicking the ‘Configuration’ tab. To set the translation, you must first select the company. In the image below, the company is Confluence Movers, and the customer is Commercial Example.
Editing the Translation
To edit the warehouse translation, simply click the cell under the ‘Translation’ column and begin typing. What you type into this box is what will show up wherever the warehouse name appears elsewhere in Windfall.
Your warehouses may be named something generic, like WAREHOUSE 1. You could rename it to the geographical locations in which the warehouse resides, like the city or state.
Remember to hit the ‘Save’ button at the top of the page to save the new translation.
