Mobile Mover: Driver Screen
The Driver Screen is the space where you will input your personal driver information. The data entered in these fields will be used to populate your information on reports.
Navigate to the Driver Screen
Begin on the Customers Screen and hit the ‘Driver’ button. This will take you to the Driver Screen.
Driver Options
The Driver Screen has many fields to fill out, but the only fields that will populate on reports are found in the top two sections: Driver Options and Hauling Agent Options.
Inventory Type: Set your personnel role as a Driver or Packer
Enter Packer Initials: Create a list of one or multiple initials for the Packers on a job.
You can select initials from this created list to note who packed a CP item.
MoveHQ Settings: Enter your username and password for MoveHQ site.
This will allow you to sync jobs to and from MoveHQ
Enter Driver Signature: Use your finger to input your signature.
Driver Name: Enter your first and last name
Driver #: Enter your specific Driver Number
Driver Email: Enter your business email address
Driver Email Type: You can adjust this to BCC, CC, or OFF.
BCC: Will copy your email address to each email without the customer knowing
CC: Copy your email address to each email. This will display your address
OFF: Will not send a copy of the emails to you.
Hauling Agent Options
The Driver Screen has many fields to fill out, but the only fields that will populate on reports are found in the top two sections: Driver Options and Hauling Agent Options.
Show Tractor/Trailer: Toggle ON to display fields to record the tractor and trailer numbers.
Hauling Agt #: Enter the Agent Code for your company
Hauling Agt Email: Enter the email address for your company or dispatcher
Hauling Email Type: You can adjust this to BCC, CC, or OFF.
BCC: Will copy the Hauling Email address to each email without the customer knowing
CC: Copy the Hauling Agent email address to each email you send. This will display the address
OFF: Will not send a copy of the emails to the Hauling Agent address.
Application Customization
The last section of the Driver Screen pertains to preferences for how the app works.
Damage View: Switch between Button or Wheel. This option refers to the way damages are entered in on the Exceptions Screen
Report Dmg View: Change how exceptions are shown on reports
Codes: Shown on reports as numeric codes
Description: Shown on reports as descriptive words.
Room Conditions: Toggle the Room Damages Screen ON/OFF
Quick Inventory: Toggle Item Details Screen ON/OFF
Use Scanner: Toggle the ability to utilize a Blutooth scanner
ON will allow the use of a Blutooth scanner.
OFF will use the camera on the device.
Save Images to Camera Roll: Toggle saving of pictures to device
ON: Every image taken in the app will be saved to the photos app on the device
OFF: Images will only be retained in the application
Press the ‘Done’ button when you are finished adding or editing information to return to the Customers Screen.
