Adding Inventory Using Quantity Counts
Begin by navigating to the customer, then click the ‘Inventory’ tab. Then click the ‘New’ button at the top of the page.
Enter in the Article Information
Ignore the Inventory # field. Select an ‘Order’ and ‘Article’ from the drop downs. The selections available within each drop down box will be based on what articles and order have been created for that particular customer.
Add Location and Quantity
Click the ‘Locations’ tab to add the ‘Location’ and ‘Quantity’.

Using ‘Quantity Counts’ allows you to select multiple locations, as opposed to a tag number which can only exist in one location at a time. |

Hit ‘Save’ on the ‘Locations’ box. Then, when you are finished adding locations, click the ‘Save’ button at the top of the ‘Item: New' box. Once the page has been saved, close the 'Item: New’ box. |
View the New Inventory
Once the ‘Item: New’ box has been closed, the Inventory Grid will refresh, and your newly added inventory should be available.
