Info

An 'Article Number' must match exactly what is in Windfall, and it is case and punctuation sensitive. We strongly recommend using the ‘Pick Article From List’ button, as it will display a list of the customer’s articles.

The next page will list all available articles. You can type to filter them down by using the search bar at the top. You can also switch your view between the ‘Article Name’ and ‘Article Number’ by using the buttons at the bottom.

Tip

Once you have selected the article from the list, you will be taken back to the previous screen.

Add a Location

Once back on the main page, you will need to enter the location to which the inventory is going. Under the ‘ITEM DATA’ section, you can type the location into the ‘Location Number’ field, or select the ‘Camera Icon’ to scan a location tag.

Add a Quantity

The last step will be to add the quantity that is coming into the warehouse. Type the number into the ‘Quantity’ field.

Tip

At this point, you can press the ‘Continue’ button in the top right corner to add the inventory. The app will refresh the page, removing any data in the ‘Quantity’ field.

You can add another article, or change the location and bring in more of the same article. When you are finished bringing in all inventory, you can hit the 'Back Arrow' button in the top left corner to return to previous screens.
