Before you can use Windfall Mobile Pro for scanning inventory, you’ll have to download the app first.

The application is only available for iOS devices.

Go to the App Store

The first thing you’ll do is navigate to the Apple App Store.

Search

Once the app opens, type “Windfall Mobile Pro” into the search box.

Switch Filter

If you are downloading the app to an iPad, tap the ‘Filters’ button in the upper left hand corner. Change the selection to ‘iPhone Only'.

Get the App

Windfall Mobile Pro will appear in the search results. Tap the ‘GET’ button to install the app.

If the app is not currently installed, but you have downloaded it previously, the button will be replaced with this icon. Tap it to download the app again.

If the app is currently installed, the button will be replaced with one that says ‘OPEN’. Hit this to launch the application.

Once the app has downloaded and installed onto your iOS device, it will be ready to connect the warehouse. The process of logging in and connecting the app to the warehouse is documented here.
