Info

Before a device running Windfall Mobile Pro can connect to the warehouse, it must first be activated through Windfall on the desktop.

Only Admin accounts can activate devices.


Navigate to Devices Tab

Begin by clicking the ‘Administration’ tab on the left side of the screen.

Then click the ‘Devices’ tab.


Find the New Device

Click the ‘Activated’ drop down box, and select ‘Unchecked’. This will show you ONLY the devices that have not yet been activated.


Activate the Device

Lastly, check the ‘Activated’ check box for the new device, then hit the ‘Save’ button in the top left of the screen.

Tip

Once the change has been saved, the user will need to hit the ‘Check Activation Status’ button in Windfall Mobile Pro. From there, they will be able to log in and start scanning.
