This guide provides instructions on how to submit support requests to MoveHQ and how to managing your active and historical support requests. |
Access the MoveHQ Support Portal.
You have two options utilizing the support portal:
Authenticate Login using your support portal account credentialscredentials for the Support Portal
This will allow you to view all current and historical requestsof your requests and submit new ones
Submit a request without logging in
You will not be able to view active or historical requests
