This guide provides instructions on how to submit support requests to MoveHQ and how to managing your active and historical support requests.

  1. Access the MoveHQ Support Portal.

  2. You have two options utilizing the support portal:

    1. Authenticate using your support portal account credentials

      1. This will allow you to view all current and historical requests

    2. Submit a request without logging in

      1. You will not be able to view active or historical requests
