Windfall: Add Line Items to Inbound Work Orders
There are three different types of Inbound work orders: Inventory, Article, and Generic. Each type will allow you to add inventory using different methods. They are described in this document.
Adding Line Items
Open the Inbound work order. Then click the ‘Add’ button on the toolbar directly below the 'Customer Details' section.
Add A Line Item
The window that pops up will allow you to select inventory to add to the work order. This window will look one of three ways, based on the work order type.
Inbound by Inventory
Need to know the ‘Inventory Tag’, ‘Quantity’, and ‘Description’
Inbound by Article
Need to know the 'Article Number' and 'Quantity'
Inbound by Generic
Need to know the 'Description' and 'Quantity'
Hit the Add Button
Regardless of the work order type, once you have entered the appropriate information, you will hit the ‘Add’ button in the top right corner of the box.
The item will be added to the work order. Repeat this process until all desired items have been added. Once finished, click the 'Save' button at the top of the work order screen.
Save and Submit Work Order
Once a new work order is Saved, Windfall generates a Work Order Number in the top blue bar.

The work order still needs to be Submitted. Click the 'Submit' button to finish adding line items.
