Windfall: Ship Out from Inventory Grid

There are two primary methods for shipping inventory out of the warehouse. The first is to send the items out from the inventory grid. This document covers that process.

The other method uses an Outbound Work Order.

Shipping Out from Inventory Grid

You have the ability to select items and ship them out directly from the customer’s inventory grid. Check the box in front of the items that you would like to ship, and then choose the 'Out' button at the top of the page.

Choose Location Out

Choose the ‘Location Out’ type by using the drop down box. Then, in the second field under ‘Location Out’, type a note as to where these items are going - this is the physical location. You can do this for just the first line, then select the checkbox in the upper left hand corner to select all items.

Once all items are highlighted, click the ‘Copy Data’ button at the far right of the ‘Location Out’ section.

Ship the Items

Hit the ‘Out’ button in the top left corner of the box to ship the items.
