Location labels can be printed form most standard printers. MoveHQ sells the specialized sheets of labels. Each sheet has three labels, and they come 50 to a pack (150 labels). Each pack is $50. To inquire about purchasing location labels, Contact Support.

Select Locations To Print

Click the ‘Locations’ tab on the left side of the screen to open the ‘Locations' page. Use the check boxes to select the locations you wish to print. Hover over the ‘Print’ button, and click 'Location Labels’.

Print Preview

On the next screen you will see a preview of what you are about to print. The location tags appear at the bottom of the page, below their respective barcodes.

Location Tags

The corresponding location tags will appear below the barcodes. They will print onto the labels along with the barcodes.

Page Count

Location labels print three to a page. The report will only display one page at a time, but you can view your page totals in the middle of the blue bar at the top of the screen

Print Amount

In some cases, like when labeling vaults, you may wish to print barcodes multiple times. The ‘Print Amount’ will determine how many times each barcode is printed. If you change the ‘Print Amount’ to 3, each label will print three times (one label on each sheet).

Print Labels

The print button is located in the top left corner of the ‘Location Label Printer’ box. This will print the location labels.

Save as PDF

Alternatively, you can save the labels as a PDF document to keep them for later. This option is found in the blue bar at the top, and toward the right side. They can be printed at any time by opening the PDF document and printing from there.
