Windfall: Add Prompts to Windfall Mobile Pro
Custom prompts can be created in Windfall, and they can require certain information be recorded when brought in using the scanner on Windfall Mobile Pro. Adjusting the order can be critical to gathering consistent information.

Adding Prompts to Mobile Pro
To add an inventory prompt to Windfall Mobile Pro, you must first navigate to the ‘Inventory Prompts’ tab for that customer. Make sure the box under ‘Windfall Mobile’ is checked for the desired prompt.
Once any changes have been saved, the prompt will appear on the list to the far right. These are the prompts that will display in Windfall Mobile Pro.
Adjust the Prompt Order
To change the order that the prompts will appear in Windfall Mobile Pro, use the arrow buttons found below the list. Highlight the prompt you wish to move, and click the up arrow to move it higher in the list, or the down arrow to move it lower.
