Windfall Mobile Pro: Configure the App

 

Once the app has been downloaded and installed on your iOS device, you will need to log in and connect to the correct warehouse before you can start scanning.

If you have not yet downloaded the app, for that process, click here.


Select Vanline

Begin by launching the app. The first thing you will need to do is select your vanline. You can type to filter in the search bar at the top.

Many (but not all) agents that are not affiliated with a vanline need to select ‘Independent’ or ‘Base’ on this screen.


Select Parent

Now you will select the name of your company.


Select Company

You will find the name of your company here again. If you have multiple agencies, they will all be listed here.


Select Warehouse

Choose the specific warehouse the app will connect to.


Activate the Device

Once you reach the screen pictured below, an administrator will need to log into Windfall and activate the device.

Log In

Once the device has been activated by the administrator, return to Windfall Mobile Pro and press the ‘Check Activation Status’ button. The app will then bring you to the login screen.
